EVO Hockey's 1-1 and small group sessions have proved hugely popular and are the perfect way to develop your skills. Sessions are completely tailored to the player(s) attending - we work closely with you to improve your hockey, whatever your starting level. The attention to detail players can receive from 1-1 and small group sessions can dramatically accelerate a player's learning.

Sessions are available in the following areas:

  • Outfielders
  • Goalkeepers
  • Hockey Strength & Conditioning

EVO carefully selects and mentors all our specialist coaches, to ensure you receive only the highest quality of coaching from players who include senior and junior internationals.

What is Hockey Strength & Conditioning?

Do you want to develop your speed around a pitch, acceleration, reflexes, explosive power, footwork, agility, balance?

Suitable for both goalkeepers and outfield players, our carefully devised sessions introduce and develop aspects such as gait analysis, efficiency of movement and explosive power training within a hockey environment. Adaptable for all ages, these sessions include a mixture of 'stick & ball' work as well as movement development with hurdles, bungees and other tools as appropriate.

These sessions are highly recommended to instil and develop core principles behind optimised movement, which are crucial foundations for athletic function, explosive power and core development in hockey. Learn more about Strength & Conditioning benefits for young players.
